- Beneficial interests in WTGXX shares will be transferable peer-to-peer between eligible BitGo clients via Go Network; some services may not be available at launch.

BitGo Bank & Trust, the OCC-regulated digital asset trust bank owned by BitGo Holdings (NYSE: BTGO), said on Oct. 27, 2026 that eligible institutional clients will be able to access the WisdomTree Treasury Money Market Digital Fund (WTGXX) directly through BitGo Mint.
How it will work
According to WisdomTree's release and BitGo's announcement:
- Mint and redeem: eligible clients can subscribe to and redeem WTGXX through BitGo without separately onboarding with WisdomTree.
- One environment: clients can move between USD, supported stablecoins and fund shares on the BitGo platform.
- Peer-to-peer: beneficial interests in WTGXX shares can be reallocated between eligible BitGo clients via Go Network, BitGo's settlement network.
- Lineup: WTGXX joins USD1 and SoFiUSD among BitGo Mint's supported assets.
"Institutions should not have to move assets across multiple platforms to access tokenized financial products," said Mike Belshe, CEO and co-founder of BitGo. Will Peck, head of WisdomTree Onchain, said the integration gives clients a way to access treasury yield, keep operational liquidity "and potentially use their holdings as collateral."
Caveats
The companies said collateral, peer-to-peer transfer and certain stablecoin-related services may not be available at launch, and that launch timing and fees may change. WTGXX shares held through BitGo are not deposits and are not FDIC-insured. BitGo already custodies crypto for some of WisdomTree's digital asset ETPs in Europe, which the new integration extends.
What it means for Web3 teams – Analysis
Tokenized money market funds are increasingly being plugged into custody and stablecoin rails, so institutions can park idle cash without leaving their crypto platform. For DAOs and protocols with treasury operations, this widens the set of regulated onchain cash-management options to evaluate. This is not investment advice.
